Our process is based on organization and clear communication which ensures the best budget control and customer satisfaction.
1. Consultation
We start by coming to your home and discussing what you’d like to do with your space. We’ll take measurements, discuss layout, timeframe and budget. If you don’t have a contractor yet, we can help with recommendations. If you already have one, we’ll be happy to work with them. Contact us to setup your consultation.
2. Design
Using kitchen design software we’ll create a space incorporating all the elements that we discussed in the consultation such as storage space, countertop space, appliance location, and personal requirements. You’ll review the designs and we’ll make any necessary revisions. Then we can help you make your cabinet selections.
3. Ordering
We’ll take the initial deposit and place your order with the cabinet manufacturer. We have great relationships with our manufacturers and we’re in constant communication about the details of your order. This ensures order accuracy including molding count, touch-up kits and custom details.
4. Delivery
Once your order arrives at our warehouse in North Reading, we’ll make sure it’s complete and in proper condition. You’ll make the final payment and you can either pick up your order or use our delivery service who will bring it right into your home.
